1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and rc444 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the rc444 website located at https://rc444.app and all related services, games, and features offered therein.

rc444 reserves the right to request identity documents (such as a national ID card or passport) at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide valid documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your account in real time, subject to payment provider processing times. The following payment methods are accepted on rc444:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that particular offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on rc444 unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible account unless marked as a recurring or reload promotion. Attempting to claim the same one-time bonus from multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Wagering requirements (rollover conditions) must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page and typically ranges from 15x to 30x the bonus amount.
• rc444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. Bonuses forfeited due to Terms violations will not be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players, the following actions are strictly forbidden on the rc444 platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct faces immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way that circumvents or disrupts normal user behaviour, including but not limited to auto-betting scripts and RNG exploitation tools.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategies in real-time to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games, or coordinating multi-account bonus abuse.

• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. rc444 applies strict KYC and AML procedures and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other users or rc444 staff, whether through in-game chat, support channels, or any other communication medium.

Violations of any of the above rules will result in immediate action. Depending on the severity of the breach, this may include temporary restriction, permanent account ban, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement agencies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the rc444 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio clips, and digital downloads — is the exclusive intellectual property of rc444 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of rc444's content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may give rise to legal claims against you.

8. Limitation of Liability

rc444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance affecting account access or active wagers.
